FROM YOUR CLOSET TO A FRESH START

A few steps.
We’ll take it from there.

01

Register online

Share your contact details and preferred payout method. Your consignor profile is created automatically.

02

Review & agreement

At your in-office intake, we review your items together and complete the consignment agreement. Only accepted pieces enter inventory.

03

We list. You earn.

We photograph, price and list your accepted pieces for sale. You receive your share of eligible sales through monthly payouts.

BEFORE YOU CLEAN OUT THE CLOSET

A few good
questions.

Does every item I bring get accepted?

We’re selective so each accepted piece has a worthwhile resale opportunity. We consider condition, style, season, demand and anticipated resale value. Registration and previous acceptance of similar items do not guarantee acceptance.

Do I sign the agreement online?

The online form creates your consignor profile and collects basic acknowledgments. You review and sign the full consignment agreement at your in-office intake, when we review your merchandise.

How are my earnings calculated?

Actual fees and costs are deducted from the sale amount. The remaining net proceeds are split equally between you and Wardrobe Pop. Refunds and returns can adjust your earnings. Payouts and statements are monthly.

What happens if my pieces don’t sell?

The consignment term ends on Day 90. Arrange pickup of unsold merchandise. The signed agreement provides for unclaimed items to transfer to Wardrobe Pop on Day 100.

What information does the registration form need?

Your name, phone number, email, mailing address and preferred payout method. Don’t enter bank account numbers, passwords or government IDs. Payout identifiers can be confirmed at intake.
